Delete inside the app
- Open CVConnect and sign in.
- Open Profile. If you are managing a business, you may also open the Account section in Business mode.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
What is deleted
Deletion removes your CVConnect authentication account and associated profile data. It also removes your quote requests, private quote photos, claim requests, messages and other uploaded account content, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, or dispute-retention requirements.
If you manage a business listing, personal ownership is removed and uploaded owner content is deleted. The basic public business listing may remain as an unclaimed directory listing so customers can still find the business.
Apple subscriptions must be canceled separately
Deleting CVConnect does not cancel an Apple subscription. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CVConnect, then cancel the subscription. Apple controls billing and refunds.
Cannot access the app?
Email cvconnectsupport@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership before processing a request. Do not send your password.
